Job Description

Tasks

  • Manage daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound goods movement, transportation, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Lead and supervise a team of logistics coordinators, drivers, warehouse staff, and third-party providers.
  • Control and optimize logistics costs while maintaining high service quality and efficiency.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics performance, safety, and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Leverage logistics technology to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and third-party logistics providers.
