Job Description

Tasks

  • Talk about the needs of the customer and let them know about the advantages and disadvantages of the products or services being offered.
  • Provide quotes, terms of credit, delivery schedules, payment plans, and, if necessary, schedule the delivery and installation of the goods.
  • Make follow-up appointments to make sure the client is satisfied and to get more orders.
  • Keep up with developments in the field or product and provide suggestions for potential enhancements.
  • Keep track of sales transactions and complaints from customers.
