Tasks

  • Prepare Halal poultry products such as lamb, chicken, and beef.
  • Ensure compliance with Islamic dietary laws during butchering, with guidance from Muslim slaughtermen.
  • Perform tasks like trimming, cutting, and deboning meat to meet quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the butchering area and handle raw meat safely.
  • Monitor meat inventory levels and collaborate with production teams to fulfill orders.
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Support the efficiency of the meat processing plant.
  • Deliver fresh, high-quality meat products to customers.
