Job Description

Tasks

  • Design and develop clothing, accessories, and/or footwear collections in line with brand identity and market trends.
  • Create sketches, mood boards, and digital designs to present concepts and ideas.
  • Select fabrics, materials, and embellishments suitable for designs.
  • Collaborate with pattern makers and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive products.
  • Modify and refine designs based on feedback from clients, team members, or stakeholders.
  • Oversee fittings and make adjustments to achieve the desired look and fit.
  • Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with production timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
  • Manage design projects from concept to final product delivery.
