Tasks

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Contribute to the development of customer service best practices and process improvements.
  • Stay updated on company policies, new products, and any changes in service offerings to provide accurate information.
