Job Description

Tasks

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist customers with product and service information, including orders, billing, and technical support.
  • Handle and process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, coordinating with relevant departments as necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Record and document customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager for resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service best practices and process improvements.
  • Stay updated on company policies, new products, and any changes in service offerings to provide accurate information.
