Tasks
- Lead, instruct, and mentor floor employees to promote a cooperative and effective work atmosphere.
- To assist team members in reaching operational and sales goals, assign tasks, track performance, and offer feedback.
- Encourage hiring, training, and development initiatives to create a productive team.
- Make certain that every client receives outstanding service by professionally and promptly handling their questions, concerns, and grievances.
- Establish the bar high for team members by leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and a visually appealing product display by keeping an eye on the sales floor.
- Keep an eye on stock levels to make sure restocking and merchandising are done correctly and on time.
- Organise floor processes to guarantee efficient use of resources, reduce bottlenecks, and increase productivity.
- Assure team members follow health and safety procedures to create a safe shopping environment.
