Job Description

  • Shipment & Transportation Management: Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while tracking shipments and resolving delays.

  • Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage order processing from purchase to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while addressing any discrepancies or delays.

  • Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse teams, and ensure smooth storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.

  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize supply chain efficiency and negotiate cost-effective contracts.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all shipments comply with local and international regulations, preparing and verifying shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.

  • Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor logistics expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare reports on logistics performance and efficiency.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and resolve any issues.

  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Identify and address transportation and supply chain challenges, developing contingency plans for potential disruptions.
