Tasks
● Engages with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
● Provides information on products, services, and company policies, ensuring clear and accurate communication at all times.
● Processes orders, applications, forms, and requests while preserving correct records and customer data.
● Identifies and escalates customer issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
● Examines consumer input to make recommendations for enhancements to services, procedures, and goods.
● Retains a thorough understanding of business products and market developments to give clients current information and customized solutions.
● Supports the development and upkeep of reports on customer interactions, resolution measures, and service performance.
● Promotes team goals by exchanging information and fostering a supportive, cooperative work atmosphere.
