Job Description

  • Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and the achievement of sales targets.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales and related personnel to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Develop and maintain staff work schedules, adjusting as needed to align with business demands and priorities.
  • Collaborate with managers and other departments to identify and resolve operational challenges that may impact customer satisfaction or sales.
  • Assess and recommend staffing and resource requirements, working closely with HR and senior management to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, store presentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
