Job Description

  • Directly manage and coordinate sales activities to ensure the effective operation and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and monitor work schedules to meet productivity and sales goals, making necessary adjustments based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with managers and other departments to identify and resolve operational challenges that may impact sales performance or customer satisfaction.
  • Assess staffing and resource requirements, making recommendations to HR and senior management to support business objectives.
