Job Description

  • Directly manage and coordinate the activities of sales and related personnel to ensure smooth operations and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and monitor work schedules to align with productivity and sales goals, adjusting as necessary based on demand and operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with managers and other departments to identify and resolve operational challenges that may impact customer satisfaction or sales performance.
  • Assess staffing and resource requirements, making recommendations in collaboration with HR and senior management to meet productivity and sales objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management, providing insights on sales performance, employee productivity, and operational successes or challenges.
