Job Description

Tasks
● Lead, train, and support a team of customer service representatives.
● Perform regular performance evaluations and provide continuous coaching
and feedback.
● Create a positive work atmosphere and encourage teamwork and
collaboration.
● Manage the daily operations of the customer service department to ensure
efficiency and productivity.
● Oversee and streamline workflow to ensure timely resolution of customer
inquiries and issues.
● Develop and implement procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and
complaints quickly and professionally.
