Job Description
Tasks
● Arrange and carry out bar or catering services in accordance with customer specifications and set guidelines.
● Take into account the dietary needs and preferences of the patrons when determining the selection and calibre of meals and beverages to be served.
● Acquire or supervise the acquisition of materials, components, and apparatus essential for everyday functions.
● Work together as a team to efficiently carry out plans and make sure that meals and drinks are delivered on time.
● Work together with chefs and kitchen personnel to uphold strict guidelines for the quality, presentation, and flavour of the food.
● Make plans for account preparation, paying attention to budgetary restrictions and guaranteeing accuracy.
● Make sure the food, drinks, and wait staff live up to the expectations of both the patrons and the established standards.
● Make sure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean, hygienic, and in compliance with all legal requirements regarding food safety.
