Job Description

  • Supervise the dining area to ensure smooth and efficient service during each shift.
  • Lead, support, and coordinate the front-of-house staff, including waiters, hosts, and bussers, ensuring they are performing their roles effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Oversee table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements to optimise the flow and accommodate guests efficiently.
  • Monitor the dining area for cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to service standards, ensuring that everything meets the restaurant’s quality requirements.
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards according to restaurant and legal regulations.
