Job Description

●Oversee, develop, and assist a group of customer care agents.
Conduct routine performance reviews and offer ongoing coaching and feedback.
●Encourage cooperation and teamwork while fostering a good work environment.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the customer service division to guarantee effectiveness and output.
● Manage and optimize processes to guarantee prompt response of client questions and concerns.
● Create and put into place processes to improve the effectiveness and quality of services.
● Retain high levels of client satisfaction by promptly and competently handling issues and grievances.
