Job Description
Tasks:
● Directly supervise and plan the actions of sales and associated staff to guarantee smooth operations and the accomplishment of sales goals.
● Create and track work schedules that correspond with sales and productivity goals, modifying them as needed to accommodate shifting demands or operational requirements.
● Work together with management and other departments to find and fix operational issues that might affect sales results or customer happiness.
● In close collaboration with senior management and HR, evaluate or suggest personnel and resource needs to guarantee alignment with productivity and sales targets.
● Create and provide reports to management on a regular basis that include departmental operations, sales performance indicators, worker productivity, and any operational difficulties or achievements.
