Job Description
Tasks:
● Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of sales goals.
● Develop and implement work schedules, monitoring productivity, and sales performance while making adjustments to meet operational priorities or shifts in demand.
● Collaborate with management and other departments to identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring high customer satisfaction and optimal sales performance.
● Assess and recommend staffing levels and resource allocation, coordinating with HR and senior management as necessary to achieve store objectives.
● Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to senior management, detailing sales achievements, employee productivity, operational challenges, and successes.
